Principal's Message

Dear Park School Families,

Thank you everyone for making our Staff Appreciation week so special. We felt loved and appreciated as we were surprised by the beautiful flowers, the delicious Fiesta Lunch, the meaningful cards, and the helpful supplies. We had such a lovely week.

I want to remind you that our 3rd - 5th Grade students are state testing during these next few weeks. Please make sure that your children sleep well, eat breakfast, and get to school on-time. It is important for them to come to school every day so they don’t miss any tests and that you encourage them to do their personal best. There is a letter attached for the 3rd-5th Grade families to explain what the testing is about.

The Walk-A-Jog is coming up next Friday, May 18th! It is such a fun day to look forward to. Each class will go outside on the grass during their PE time to walk or run laps to raise money for our school. After school from 3:00-6:00pm we will continue with the celebration by having a Family Fun Fest. There will be games, a food booth, activities, and a silent auction to bid for fabulous prizes such as principal for a day! We will also be celebrating the grand opening of our beautiful garden from 3:00-5:00pm. It will be a special afternoon.

Upcoming Events:

·ELAC Meeting – Thursday, May 17th 6:00-7:30pm in the Library

·Walk-A-Jog -Friday, May 18th during the school day then the Family Fun Fest and Garden Party from 3:00-5:00pm.

·Memorial Day Holiday – Monday, May 28th No School

Mrs. Haley :)
